Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Hullabaloo Parties, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund on the item price. Products must be un-used and in prestine condition. Packaging must not be removed. Please email info@hullabalooparties.com.au for a return code

Faulty Goods

The quality of our products is checked prior to dispatch, in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us immediately to obtain a return code. Once the item has been received by Hullabaloo Parties and a fault is detected, a full refund of the item price will be issued. Return delivery is at the cost of the sender.

We have made the process as easy as possible you may order on-line, via email or by phone. We accept cheque, credit card, money order, bank deposit and direct credit, your order is not final until all payments are cleared.
