Jungle Juice Slush
Serves 12
12 Kiwifruit
3 1/2 cups ice cubes
750ml chilled kiwi mix fruit juice
1. Peel kiwifruit, quarter lengthways; remove core & as many black seeds as possible.
2. Just before serving, blend ingredients until almost smooth. Pour slush into a large jug to serve.
